Little Astronaut Media sells custom photo collage posters, in your chosen size.  When you purchase a collage template from us, you are purchasing a poster that a professional graphic designer will insert your uploaded digital photos into and then once approved will be printed by one of our print partners and shipped.

As designers, we take our job as curators of your memories seriously. So seriously that we guarantee our work, 100% each time, every time.

So if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, neither are we. We’ll make it right – from reprinting your order or issuing an account credit to even refunding you in full. We’ll even cover shipping. Simple as that.

No, our posters ship unframed for two reasons.

1. Consumer Choice – A frame choice is based on the décor style of the room it will be displayed in.  By allowing the end user their personal choice of frame, the final product will fit their own unique style and taste.
2. Shipping Cost – We are far, so very far, from a Global Multi-National Organization who can ship your final art collage in a frame at a reasonable cost.  An option is to leverage the logistic might of large online retailers such as Amazon® that can provide a myriad of frame options, delivered right to your door, in some scenarios for no shipping charges at all.

Our production process is quite simple.

1. Purchase your collage template.
2. Upload your photos to your File Upload Area.
3. You graphic designer will produce your collage.
4. An artistic proof of your design will be provided for Proof and Approval.
5. Once your design has been approved by you, the final project is sent to our Print Partners.
6. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

At this time, we only accept photos in digital formats.

Once your graphic designer has completed your design, they will upload your artistic proof to your File Upload Area found in your My Account dashboard.

Included in the purchase price is 1 production edit for the purpose of re-arranging a maximum of 4 pictures within your artistic proof.  Any further edits are extra, above the cost of the original piece.

One of our favourite aspects of what we do is that this process is collaboration. We depend on each other to ensure your project is beautiful and fulfilled promptly, and that starts with uploading your photos to us. 

• Three days for photos to be uploaded and create your artistic proof
• Three to nine business days to print your approved collage and shipping

We estimate your collage should take no longer than two weeks from order to arrival.

Depending on the destination, we anticipate it will be 3 to 9 business days for delivery once our Print Partners have fulfilled your order.

No, our listed speeds only include the time it takes to deliver the final product to you.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up tracking info.

Currently, we ship to destinations in Canada, The United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Right now we can’t, but we’re looking into how we can ship to military addresses.

We offer two payment processing options, Stripe® and PayPal® who offer secure payments made by major credit cards.

When discussing edits with your graphic designer, they will estimate the time required to complete them.  This production time is billed at $80.00 CAD per hour and is billed in increments of 15 minutes. This service is billed separately, invoiced by email and must be paid before editing takes place.
